REGULATION ( EEC) No 1488 / 74 OF THE COUNCIL of 13 June 1974 on the temporary partial suspension of the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duty on sweet oranges , fresh , falling within subheading ex 08.02 Ala) and amending Regulation ( EEC ) No 655 / 74

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN whereas the above Regulation should therefore be COMMUNITIES, amended , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community and in particular Article 1 1 3 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : thereof ; Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; Article 1 Whereas by Regulation ( EEC) No 655/ 74 (') the 1 .
