REGULATION ( EEC) No 1589/ 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 24 June 1974 altering the refunds applicable to cereals and wheat or rye flour, groats and meal

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN the Commission that the export refunds at present in COMMUNITIES , force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation No 120/67/ EEC (') of 13 June 1967 on the common organization Article 1 of the market in cereals, as last amended by Regula­ tion ( EEC) No 1346/73 (2), and in particular the The refunds on the products listed in Article 1 (a), (b) second sentence of the fourth subparagraph of Article and (c) of Regulation No 120/67/ EEC, exported in the 16 (2) thereof ; natural state, as fixed in the Annex to Regulation ( EEC) No 1538 /74, are hereby altered as shown in the Whereas the export refunds on cereals and on wheat Annex to this Regulation . or rye flour, groats and meal were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 1538 / 74 (3 ) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules, criteria and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) This Regulation shall enter into force on 25 June No 1538 /74 to the information at pfesent available to 1974 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

The amount by which the refund may be increased pursuant to Article 1 of Regulation No 587, 67/EEC is 2 u.a./ton .
