REGULATION (EEC) No 1594/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 25 June 1974 fixing the export refunds on fishery products

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN whereas the world market situation or the specific COMMUNITIES , requirements of certain markets may make it neces­ sary to vary the refund according to the destination of the products in question ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Whereas products of Community origin which are landed, direct from the fishing grounds, in ports situ­ ated outside the customs territory of the Community Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No do not qualify for refunds ; 2142/70 (') of 20 October 1970 on the common organ­ ization of the market in fishery products, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 555/74 (2), and in Whereas economically important quantities of dried particular the first sentence of Article 21 (4) thereof ; and salted cod and coalfish can be exported at the present time ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
