REGULATION (EURATOM) No 1618/74 OF THE COUNCIL of 27 June 1974 amending the conditions governing remuneration and social security for establishment staff of the Joint Research Centre employed in Italy

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; COMMUNITIES, Whereas the changes in salaries which have been Having regard to the Staff Regulations of Officials made as from 1 January 1973 in favour of the of the European Community and the Conditions of workers in the sectors covered by the 'Metalmeccanici' Employment of Other Servants of the Communities agreement justify a new adaptation of Regulation laid down by Regulation (EEC, Euratom, ECSC ) No 9 /63 /Euratom, No 259/68 ( 1 ), as last amended by Regulation (EEC, Euratom, ECSC ) No 2/74 (2 ), and in particular Article 94 of the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the Communities ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation No 9/63/ Euratom (3 ) of 18 December 1963, which laid down Article 1 the conditions governing remuneration and social security for establishment staff of the Joint Nuclear Research Centre employed in Italy, as last amended With effect from 1 January 1973 , the following by Regulation (Euratom) No 2533 /71 (4), and in salary scale shall be substituted for that appearing in particular Article 17 thereof; the Annex to Regulation No 9/63/Euratom :

Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
