REGULATION ( EEC) No 1672/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 28 June 1974 fixing the amount of the reimbursement and the amount of levy for offsetting storage costs for sugar for the 1974/75 marketing year

Article 1 Article 2 1 . For the 1974/75 sugar marketing year, the amount of the reimbursement referred to in , Article 8 This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1974.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
