REGULATION ( EEC) No 1685 / 74 OF THE COUNCIL of 27 June 1974 amending in particular Regulation ( EEC) No 2958 / 73 on the exchange rate applied in agriculture for the Italian lira

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN 1 July 1974 ; whereas it should therefore be ensured COMMUNITIES , that the application of the new rate for sugar coin­ cides with the beginning of the marketing year ;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : ' Article 2 a
