REGULATION ( EEC ) No 1716 / 74 OF THE COUNCIL of 27 June 1974 amending Regulation No 145 /67 / EEC laying down rules for calculating the levy and the sluice-gate price for eggs

Annex II to Regulation No 145 /67/EEC shall be replaced by the following Annex :

Article3¶

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 1974.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
