REGULATION (EEC) No 1831 /74 OF THE COMMISSION of 15 July 1974 on export refunds on poultrymeat for the period beginning 1 August 1974

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Poultrymeat and Eggs, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ;

Having regard to Council Regulation No 123/ HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 67/EEC ( J) of 13 June 1967 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in poultrymeat, as last amended by Article 1 the Act (2) concerning the conditions of accession and the adjustments to the Treaties, and in particular the Export refunds shall not be fixed in respect of the first sentence of the fifth subparagraph of Article 9 (2) products specified in Article 1 of Regulation No 123/ thereof ; 67/ EEC .

Whereas the situation both on the world market and in the Community is such that for the present it is Article 2 neither necessary nor opportune to fix export refunds on poultrymeat for the period beginning 1 August This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 1974 : 1974 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
