REGULATION (EURATOM) No 1863 /74 OF THE COUNCIL of 15 July 1974 amending the conditions governing remuneration and social security for establishment staff of the Joint Research Centre employed in Belgium

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES ,

Having regard to the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Community and the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the Communities laid down by Regulation ( EEC, Euratom, ECSC ) No 259/68 ( I ), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC, Euratom, ECSC ) No 1408/74 (2 ), and in particular Article 94 of the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the Communities ;

Having regard to Council Regulation No 10/63 /Euratom (8) of 18 December 1963 , which laid down the conditions governing remuneration and Social Security for establishment staff of the Joint Nuclear Research Centre employed in Belgium, as last amended by Regulation ( Euratom) No 117/74 (4), and in particular Article 16 thereof ;

Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ;

Whereas the changes in salaries made in the course of 1973 in favour of the staff of the Belgian Centre for Nuclear Studies ( CEN) justify a new adaptation of Regulation No 10/63 /Euratom,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article1¶

With effect from 1 April 1973 , the following salary scale shall be substituted for that appearing in the Annex to Regulation No 10/63 /Euratom, on the basis of the index figure 114.20 :
