REGULATION ( EEC) No 1886/ 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 19 July 1974 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1403/69 laying down detailed rules for the appli­ cation of the provisions concerning denaturing of common wheat and rye of bread-making quality as regards the colouring materials to be used

ANNEX la

Method of denaturing common wheat and rye of bread-making quality as an alternative to the standard method

The cereal must be treated with the colouring matter listed below in such manner that the said cereal shall contain a quantity of colouring matter at least equal to that shown in column 4 and evenly distributed , so that at least 5 °/o of the grains shall be coloured and distributed throughout the whole quantity .
