REGULATION (EEC) No 1908 / 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 22 July 1974 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1370/74 of 31 May 1974 laying down detailed rules for applying the system of aid for dehydrated fodder for the 1974/75 marketing year
