REGULATION ( EEC) No 1933/ 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 24 July 1974 determining for the 1974/75 year the rice marketing centres other than Aries and Vercelli

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Council Regulation No 369/67/ EEC (3) of 25 July COMMUNITIES, 1967 fixing the rules applicable to the determination of the marketing centres for rice except Aries and Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Vercelli ; Economic Community ; Whereas the consultations provided for in Article 4 (6) Having regard to Council Regulation No 359/ of Regulation No 359/67/ EEC have been held ; 67/ EEC (') of 25 July 1967 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in rice, as last amended by Regula­ Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ tion (EEC) No 11 29/74 (2), and in particular Article 4 ment Committee for Cereals, (6) thereof ; Whereas the intervention prices for paddy rice fixed HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : by the Council for Aries and Vercelli form the frame­ work for the regionalization of prices operative for the Sole Article Community ; whereas, in accordance with Article 4 (3) of Regulation No 359/67/ EEC, these prices apply to For the 1974/75 marketing year, besides Aries and the other large marketing centres for Community Vercelli, the other large marketing centres for areas of areas of surplus production situated in France and surplus rice production referred to in Article 4 (3) of Italy ; whereas the selection of those centres must be Regulation No 359/67/ EEC are those listed in the governed by the application of the rules laid down by Annex to this Regulation .
