REGULATION (EEC) No 1959/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 25 July 1974 revising the classification set out in Annex II to Regulation (EEC) No 228/73 on the system of compensatory amounts for fruit and vegetables

Whereas Article 9 of Regulation (EEC) No 228 /73 makes provision inter alia for the revision of the clas­ sification in Annex II by reference to the varietal Article 2 composition of the products traded in ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the day Whereas in view of changes in the prices of apples on following its publication in the Official Journal of Community markets certain varieties classified in the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
