REGULATION ( EEC) No 1979/ 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 26 July 1974 altering the refunds applicable to cereals and wheat or rye flour, groats and meal

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN the Commission that the export refunds at present in COMMUNITIES , force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard .to Council Regulation No 120 / 67/ EEC (') of 13 June 1967 on the common organization Article 1 of the market in cereals , as last amended by Regula­ tion ( EEC) No 1346/73 ( 2 ), and in particular the The refunds on the products listed in Article 1 (a), (b) second sentence of the fourth subparagraph of Article and (c) of Regulation No 120 / 67/ EEC, exported in the 16 (2) thereof ; natural state , as fixed in the Annex to Regulation Whereas the export refunds on cereals and on wheat ( EEC) No 1947/ 74, are hereby altered as shown in the or rye flour, groats and meal were fixed by Regulation Annex to this Regulation . ( EEC) No 1 947 / 74 (3 ) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules, criteria and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) This Regulation shall enter into force on 27 July No 1947/ 74 to the information at present available to 1 974 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
