Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 1 569 / 72 (3 ) of 20 July 1972 laying down special measures for colza and rape seed , as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 3477/ 73 (4 ), and in particular Article 1 Article 3 thereof ; The Annex to amended Regulation ( EEC) No 1757/ 74 Whereas Commission Regulation ( EEC) No is replaced by the Annex to this Regulation . 2300 / 73 (b ) of 23 August 1 973 , as last amended by Regulation ( EEC ) No 456/ 74 (6), laid down detailed Article 2 rules of application for Regulation ( EEC) No 1569 / 72 ; whereas the components used to calculate This Regulation shall enter into force on 5 August the differential amounts were fixed by Regulation 1974 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
