REGULATION ( EEC) No 2084/ 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 6 August 1974 on the application of the special export levy to a certain portion of the sugar produced in excess of the maximum quota during the 1974/75 sugar marketing year
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the Management Committee for Sugar has COMMUNITIES, not delivered an Opinion within the time limit set by its Chairman , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Having regard to Council Regulation No 1009/ HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 67/ EEC (') of 18 December 1967 on the common organization of the market in sugar, as last amended Article 1 by Regulation (EEC) No 1 602/74 (2), and in particular Article 25 (3) thereof ; 1 .
