REGULATION (EEC) No 2122/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 9 August 1974 opening an invitation to tender for the supply of butteroil for shipment to certain third countries as food aid to the World Food Programme
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES,
Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community; 1 . Tenders shall be invited, subject to the terms and conditions laid down in Regulation (EEC) No 2121 /74, for the costs of manufacture and delivery of Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3 585 metric tons of butteroil, divided ,into the 804/68 (*) of 27 June 1968 on the common following lots : organization of the market in milk and milk products, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No Lot A : 435 metric tons for India, 662/74 (2), and in particular Article 6 (7) thereof; Lot B : 500 metric tons for India,
Lot C : 650 metric tons for India, Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 530/74 (3) of 4 March 1974 laying down general rules for the Lot D : 500 metric tons for India, supply of milk fats as food aid to certain developing countries and certain international organizations, Lot E : 500 metric tons for India, provides among others that 15 000 metric tons of butteroil, taken from butter stocks held by the Lot F : 780 metric tons for India, intervention agencies, are placed at the disposal of Lot G : 220 metric tons for various third the World Food Programme; whereas the latter has countries as follows : requested a consignment of 3 585 metric tons of butteroil for shipment to various third countries ; — 116 metric tons for Indonesia, whereas this consignment, which shall be considered as having been completed when the butteroil has — 44 metric tons for Lebanon, been deposited in the port of embarkation at the -r- 20 metric tons for Malaysia, place designated by the WFP or its agent, must be the object of a tender procedure in accordance with — 40 metric tons for Pakistan . Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Article 2 are in accordance with the Opinion of the Management Committee for Milk and Milk Products, The butter to be used for the manufacture of the butteroil shall be collected :

1 . according to the indications appearing in title II, This Regulation shall enter into force on the third paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Annex to Regulation day following its publication in the Official Journal (EEC ) No 2121 /74. of the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
