REGULATION ( EEC) No 2144/ 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 13 August 1974 ^establishing the levying of customs duties on electric accumulators and lead acid accumulators , falling within subheading 85.04 A, originating in Yugoslavia, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3501 /73 of 18 December 1973 apply
