Whereas the export refunds on products processed Article 2 from cereals and rice were fixed by Regulation ( EEC) No 2026/ 74 (6), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) This Regulation shall enter into force on 14 August No 2109 / 74 ( 7 ); 1974 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

(*) ' Hulled grains ' are grains corresponding to the definition given in the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 821 /68 ( OJ No L 149, 29 . 6. 19ft, p. 46).
