REGULATION (EEC) No 2230/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 28 August 1974 fixing the export refunds on poultrymeat for the period beginning 1 September 1974

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas Council Regulation No 176/67/EEC (3) of 27 June 1967, as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2689/72 (4), lays down general rules for granting Article 1 export refunds and criteria for fixing the amount of such refunds ; 1 . The list of products for which the export refund referred to in Article 9 of Regulation No 123/67/EEC Whereas it follows from applying these rules and is granted, and the amount of that refund, are hereby criteria to the present situation on the market in poul fixed as shown in the Annex . trymeat that the refund should be fixed as indicated below ; 2.
