REGULATION (EEC) No 2326/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 11 September 1974 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on handkerchiefs, of cotton fabric, falling within heading No ex 61.05 , originating in developing countries to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3503/73 of 18 December 1973 apply

Whereas Article 1 (3) of that Regulation provides that Article 1 customs duties may, for each category of products, be suspended up to a Community ceiling equal to 150 % As from 15 September 1974, customs duties, of the sum arrived at by adding together the metric suspended in pursuance of Council Regulation (EEC) tonnage of the products in question, imported into No 3503/73 of 18 December 1974, shall be the Community in 1968 and coming from countries re-established in respect of the following products, listed in Annex B to that Regulation, but not imported into the Community : including products coming from countries already covered by various preferential tariff arrangements esta­ CCT blished by the Community, and 5 % of the 1970 heading Description of goods No metric tonnage of such imports coming from other countries and from countries already covered by such ex 61.05 Handkerchiefs : arrangements ; whereas Article 2 (1 ) of that Regulation — of cotton fabric provides that customs duties may be re-established at any time once the Community ceiling has been reached ; Article 2 Whereas, in respect of handkerchiefs, of cotton fabric, the ceiling, calculated as indicated above, should be This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day 90 metric tons ; whereas on 10 September 1974 the following its publication in the Official Journal of amounts of imports into the Community of the the European - Communities.
