REGULATION ( EEC) No 2453 / 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 30 September 1974 fixing the import levies on rice and broken rice

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN the Commission that the levies at present in force COMMUNITIES , should be altered as shown in the Table annexed to this Regulation , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation No 359 / 67/ EEC (') of 25 July 1967 on the common organiza­ Article 1 tion of the market in rice , as last amended by Regula­ tion ( EEC) No I 1 29/ 74 (-'), and in particular Article 1 1 The import levies to be charged on the products listed ( 5) thereof ; in Article 1 ( 1 ) (a ) and (b) ot Regulation No 359 / 67/ EEC are hereby fixed as shown in the Table Whereas the import levies on rice and broken rice were fixed by Regulation ( EEC) No 2237/ 74 (3 ) and annexed to this Regulation . subsequent amending Regulations ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other provisions contained in Regulation ( EEC) No 2237 / 74 This Regulation shall enter into torce on 1 October to the offer prices and today's quotations known to 1974 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
