REGULATION ( EEC) No 2456 / 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 30 September 1974 fixing the import levies on milk and milk products

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN to the Commission that the levies at present in force COMMUNITIES , should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Regu­ lation , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 804/ 68 ( 1 ) of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza­ Article 1 tion of the market in milk and milk products, as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 662/ 74 (-), and in The levies referred to in Article 14 ( 2) of Regulation particular Article 14 ( 8 ) thereof ; ( EEC) No 804/68 are hereby fixed as shown in the Annex . Whereas the import levies on milk and milk products were fixed by Regulation ( EEC) No 872/ 74 (-'), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 2347 /74 (4) ; Art icli- 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules contained This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 1 974 . in Regulation ( EEC) No 872/74 to the prices known

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
