Article 7 ( 1 ) of Regulation ( EEC) No 229/73 and in Article 5 ( 1 ) of Regulation ( EEC) No 243 / 73 occurs, it Article 2 is for the Commission to decide , in accordance with these Articles and in respect of the products This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October concerned , the amounts applicable as compensatory I 974 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

Germ of cereals , whole , rolled , flaken or ground , falls in all cases within heading No ï 1 . 02 .
