REGULATION (EEC) No 2516/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 3 October 1974 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2083/74 on the granting of aid for the re-storage of table wine in respect of which a storage contract was concluded during the wine-growing year 1973/74

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Article 1 Economic Community ; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 2 of Regulation (EEC) No 2083/74 is replaced 816/70 (*) of 28 April 1970 laying down additional by the following : provisions for the common organization of the market 'Article 2 in wine, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 532/74 (2), and in particular Article 6a thereof ; Aid may be granted only if :
