REGULATION (EEC) No 2545 /74 OF THE COMMISSION of 4 October 1974 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2494/74 introducing a countervailing charge on table grapes originating in Bulgaria and Romania

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Fruit and Vegetables, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 1035/72 (') of 18 May 1972 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in fruit and vegetables, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2745/72 (2), and in Article 1 particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof-; Article 1 ( 1 ) of Regulation ( EEC) No 2494/ 74 is replaced by the following : Whereas Regulation (EEC) No 2494/74 (3) introduced a countervailing charge on table grapes originating in ' 1 . A countervailing charge of 2-5 units of Bulgaria and Romania ; account per 100 kg net is applied to table grapes (subheading 08.04 A I of the Common Customs Whereas Regulation (EEC)* No 1035/72 laid down the Tariff) originating in Romania .' conditions under which a charge is introduced, amended or abolished ; whereas, if these conditions are taken into consideration the countervailing charge Article 2 on Bulgarian table grapes must be abolished and the countervailing charge on Romanian table grapes must This Regulation shall enter into force on 5 October be amended ; 1974 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
