REGULATION ( EEC) No 2558 /74 OF THE COMMISSION

concerning an invitation to tender for the supply of butteroil as food aid to Afghanistan , India and Lebanon
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN — lot D : 500 metric tons for shipment to India, COMMUNITIES, — lot E : 590 metric tons for shipment to India,
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European — lot F : 500 metric tons for shipment to India, Economic Community ; — lot G : 250 metric tons for shipment to Lebanon .
Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2. Delivery of the quantity corresponding to lot A 804/68 (') of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza shall take place from Le Havre . Whereas certain points in Regulation ( EEC) No 1 . 2 . The butteroil shall be put up in 20 kg metal canisters . HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
3 . The words to be printed on the label as provided Article 1 under II 3 (b) of the Annex to Regulation ( EEC) No 1365 /74 shall be the following : 1 . Tenders shall be invited under the terms and — in respect of lot A : conditions laid down in Regulation (EEC) No 1365/74 for the manufacture and delivery of 3 440 metric tons ' Gift of the European Economic Community to of butteroil divided up into the following lots : the Republic of Afghanistan for free distribution ' ;
— lot A : 600 metric tons for shipment to Afghan — in respect of lot B to F : istan , 'Gift of the European Economic Community to — lot B : 500 metric tons for shipment to India, the Republic of India ' ; * — lot C : 500 metric tons for shipment to India , — in respect of lot G :

Article 4 — after 30 November and before 16 December 1974 as regards the lots D, E and F. 1 . The closing date for the submission of tenders shall be 22 October 1974 at 12 noon . Article 5 2. Delivery shall be made on a date to be fixed by the intervention agency concerned as follows : This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day — after 14 and before 30 November 1974 as regards following its publication in the Official Journal of the lots A, B, C and G ; the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
