HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 3 . Any quantity for which an import licence is obtained pursuant to paragraph 2 shall be Article 1 deducted from the holders entitlement , in respect of importations to be effected on or before 31 Regulation ( EEC) No 2107/ 74 is amended by the insertion of an Article 11a as follows : December 1974, under Article 2 (4) or under Article 4 .
