REGULATION ( EEC) No 2602 /74 OF THE COMMISSION of 10 October 1974 altering the monetary compensatory amounts

Column Italy of Part 6 of Annex I to Regulation rence ; ( EEC) No 2547/74 is replaced by the column appearing in Annex I to the present Regulation . Whereas detailed rules for the application of Regula tion ( EEC) No 974/71 were laid down by Regulation 2. Annex II to Regulation ( EEC) No 2547/74 is ( EEC) No 1463 /73 (4) of 30 May 1973 , as last amended replaced by Annex II to this Regulation . by Regulation .( EEC) No 2521 /74 (5) ; whereas the spot market rates recorded for the Italian lira pursuant to Article 2 Regulation ( EEC) No 1463 /73 during the period 2 to 8 October 1 974 show that the difference has changed This Regulation shall enter into force on 14 October by more than one point from the percentage taken as 1 974 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
