REGULATION ( EEC) No 2636/ 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 17 October 1974 fixing the aid for skimmed milk and skimmed-milk powder for use as animal feed

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ;

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 804/68 (') of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in milk and milk products, as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 662/74 (2), and in Article 1 particular Article 10 (3) thereof ; Whereas Article 2a ( 1 ) of Council Regulation (EEC) The aids referred to in Article 10 of Regulation (EEC) No 804 / 68 shall be fixed as follows : No 986/68 (3 ) of 15 July 1968 laying down general rules for granting aid for skimmed milk and skimmed­ — 3-20 units of account per 100 kg for skimmed milk powder for use as feed , as last amended by Regu­ milk ; lation ( EEC) No 666/ 74 (4 ), defines the criteria governing the fixing of these aids ; whereas paragraph — 34-50 units of account per 100 kg for skimmed­ 3 of the above Article makes provision for a margin milk powder. which must be adhered to when the level of aid is fixed for the 1974/75 milk year ; Article 2 Whereas, applying these rules to the present market situation , it follows that the aids should be fixed at the This Regulation shall enter into force on 21 October levels set out below ; 1 974 .
