REGULATION ( EEC) No 2665 / 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 21 October 1974 fixing the compensatory amounts for poultrymeat

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN 1973 laying down general rules for the system of COMMUNITIES, compensatory amounts for cereal arises ; Having regard to the Treaty (') concerning the Acces Whereas in the sector of poultrymeat the calculation sion of new Member States to the European Economic of the compensatory amounts for trade with Denmark, Community, and the European Atomic Energy Ireland and the United Kingdom results in zero, Community, signed at Brussels on 22 January 1972 ; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 235/73 (2) of 31 January 1973 laying down general rules for the system of compensatory amounts for Article 1 poultrymeat, as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 2880/73 (3), and in particular Article 8 (3) thereof ; The amounts provided for in Article 3 of Regulation Whereas the compensatory amounts for poultrymeat ( EEC) No 235/ 73 as compensatory amounts for poul products were fixed by Council Regulation (EEC) No trymeat for the period of November and December 235/73 and Commission Regulations ( EEC) No 1974, and January 1975 are fixed at 0 . 2054/73 (4) and ( EEC) No 2518 /74 (5) ; whereas, however, the compensatory amounts are determined Article 2 in accordance with Article 3 of Regulation ( EEC) No 235/73 where the situation envisaged in Article 7 of This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 November 1974 . This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
