REGULATION (EEC) No 2679/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 23 October 1974 amending Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2547/74 fixing the monetary compensa­ tory amounts

Article 1 Whereas the monetary compensatory amounts intro­ duced by Regulation '(EEC) No 974/71 were fixed The amounts of tariff subheading 04.02 A II b ) 1 , iby Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2547/74 (3) of columns 'Deutschland', 'Belgique et Luxembourg' 4 October 1974, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) and 'Nederland' in part 5 of Annex I to Regulation No 2657/74 ( 4 ) ; (EEC ) No 2547/74, are replaced by the following :

H In intra-Community exchanges and when a product is denaturalized , according to Article 2 of Regulation (EEC) No 990/72 , the amounts shall be reduced to : — 21-24 DM per 100 kg for Germany , — 65-2 Bfrs/ Lfrs per 100 for Belgium and Luxembourg, — 4-49 F1 per 100 kg for the Netherlands .

Article2¶

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. Where any parity concerned so requests, it shall be applied with effect from 21 October 1974.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
