REGULATION ( EEC) No 2683 / 74 OF THE COUNCIL of 21 October 1974 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 2824/72 as regards the financing of certain measures by the Guarantee Section of the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN 1 . In Section VI ' Pigment the following points are COMMUNITIES , added : Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European ' 3 . In Section VIII 'Wine' the phrase 'and in Article 4 of Regulation (EEC) No 3576/73 ' is added to point Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; 5 . Whereas the Annex to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 2824/72 (3) of 28 December 1972 laying down general 3 . Section XV ' Provisions concerning various sectors rules for the financing of interventions by the becomes Section XVI . HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of Article 1 the European Communities.

The Annex to Regulation ( EEC) No 2824/ 72 is amended as follows : It shall apply from 1 January 1974 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directiy applicable in all Member States .
