REGULATION (EEC) No 2713/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 25 October 1974 abolishing the countervailing charge on tomatoes originating in Bulgaria

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN whereas the conditions specified in Article 26 (2) of COMMUNITIES, Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled and the countervailing charge on imports of these Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European products originating in Bulgaria can be abolished, Economic Community ; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 1035/72 (^ of 18 May 1972 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in fruit and vegetables as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2745/72 (2), and in Article 1 particular Article 27 (2) thereof ; Regulation (EEC) No 2623/74 is hereby repealed. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2623/74 (3) of 16 October 1974, introduced a counter­ Article 2 vailing charge on tomatoes originating in Bulgaria ; Whereas, for this product originating in Bulgaria, This Regulation shall enter into force on 26 October 1974. there were no prices for six consecutive working days ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
