REGULATION (EEC) No 2771 /74 OF THE COMMISSION of 30 October 1974 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on man-made fibres (discontin­ uous), not carded, combed or otherwise prepared for spinning , falling within heading No 56.01 , originating in Yugoslavia, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3505 / 73 of 18 December 1973 apply

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
