REGULATION (EEC) No 2772/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 30 October 1974 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on waste of man-made fibres, falling within heading No 56.03, originating in Yugoslavia, to which the preferen tial tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3505/73 of 18 December 1973 apply
