REGULATION ( EEC) No 2803/ 74 OF THE COUNCIL of 7 November 1974 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 1967/74 with a view to authorizing certain Member States to grant an interest subsidy on loans advanced for the retention of young cattle on the farm

Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ;
