REGULATION (EEC) No 2873/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 15 November 1974 fixing the amount of the subsidy on oil seeds

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN No 2535/74 to the information at present available to COMMUNITIES, the Commission that the amount of the subsidy at present in force should be altered as shown in the Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Annex to this Regulation, Economic Community ; Having regard to Council Regulation * No 136/ HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 66/EEC ( 1) of 22 September 1966 on the establish­ ment of a common organization of the market in oils Article 1 and fats, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1707/73 (2), and in particular Article 27 (4) thereof ; The amount of the subsidy referred to in Article 27 of Regulation No 136/66/EEC is hereby fixed as shown Whereas the amount of the subsidy referred to in in the Table annexed to this Regulation . Article 27 of Regulation No 136/66/EEC was fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 2535/74 (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2821 /74 (4) ; Article 2

Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other This Regulation shall enter into force on 18 provisions contained in amended Regulation (EEC) November 1974 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
