opening, allocating and providing for the administration of a Community tariff quota for dried grapes in immediate containers of a net capacity of 15 kg or less, falling within subheading 08.04 B I of the Common Customs Tariff ( 1975 )

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , metric tons shall be opened for dried grapes falling within subheading 08.04 B I of the Common Customs Tariff, in immediate containers of a net Having regard to the Treaty establishing the capacity of 15 kg or less . European Economic Community, and in particular Article 28 thereof ;

2 . Within this tariff quota, the Common Customs Tariff duty shall be suspended at the level of 1-2 °/o. Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ;

3 . New Member States shall, within the said tariff Having regard to the Opinion of the European quota, apply duties calculated in accordance with the Parliament ; relevant provisions of the Act of Accession .

Whereas a Community tariff quota for dried grapes in immediate containers of a net capacity of 15 kg or less, falling within subheading 08.04 B I of the Article 2 Common Customs Tariff, should be opened for 1975 at a duty of 1-2 °/o ; whereas the volume of this quota might be 10 960 metric tons ; whereas the duties to The tariff quota set out in Article 1 shall be divided be applied by the new Member States within the said among the Member States as follows : tariff quota should be calculated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Act of Accession ;
