REGULATION (EEC) No 2923/74 OF THE COUNCIL of 18 November 1974 opening, allocating and providing for the administration of a Community tariff quota for men 's and boys ' outer garments falling within heading No 61.01 of the Common Customs Tariff, originating in Cyprus

determined at a level which, under present circum 2 .
