REGULATION ( EURATOM ) No 2928 / 74 OF THE COUNCIL of 18 November 1974 altering the conditions governing remuneration and social security for establish ment staff of the Joint Research Centre employed in the Netherlands

Article4¶
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
