REGULATION ( EEC) No 2957 /74 OF THE COMMISSION of 22 November 1974 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on other articles of iron or steel , falling within heading No 73.40 , originating in Yugoslavia, to which the preferen­ tial tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3501 /73 of 18 December 1973 apply
