Article 7 ( 1 ) of Regulation ( EEC) No 229 / 73 and in Article 5 ( 1 ) of Regulation ( EEC) No 243 / 73 occurs , it Article 2 is for the Commission to decide , in accordance with these Articles and in respect of the products This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 December concerned , the amounts applicable as compensatory 1974 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
