REGULATION ( EEC) No 3027 / 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 29 November 1974 amending Annex II to Regulation ( EEC) No 1896/73 as regards the section relating to the United Kingdom

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 805 / 68 (') of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in beef and veal , as last amended Article 1 by Regulation ( EEC ) No 1 855/74 (2 ), and in particular Article 6 ( 5) thereof ; In Annex II to Regulation (EEC) No 1896/73 part (a) of the section for the United Kingdom is amended to Whereas Annex II to Commission Regulation ( EEC) read as follows : No 1 896/73 ( 3) of 13 July 1973 , on detailed rules for the application of intervention measures on the '(a ) Great Britain Steers M 1-05 Steers H 1-03 market in beef and veal as last amended by Regula­ tion ( EEC) No 720 / 74 (4 ) specifies the coefficients Heifers M / H 1-02' provided for in Article 6 (2) (b) of Regulation (EEC) No 805/ 68 for certain categories of animals ; whereas Article 2 in the present situation of the market in Great Britain the inclusion of a coefficient for the category ' Cows 1 ' This Regulation shall enter into force on 2 December 1974 . is no longer necessary ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
