REGULATION ( EEC) No 3029/ 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 29 November 1974 on the opening of an invitation to tender for a second quantity of skimmed milk powder held by the United Kingdom intervention agency

The closing date for the submission of tenders shall be 16 December 1974 at 12 noon . Whereas the majority of the lots, because of their high humidity, will be used for animal feeding and will thus qualify for the aid provided for in Article 10 of Article 3 Regulation ( EEC) No 804/68 ; whereas provision should therefore be made for the origin of the goods This Regulation shall enter into force on the day to be indicated by means of a description capable of following its publication in the Official Journal of being understood throughout the Community ; the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
