REGULATION ( EEC) No 3033 / 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 29 November 1974 amending Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2756 / 74 of 31 October 1974 fixing the amounts applicable as compensatory amounts for cereals and rice

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 243 / 73 (4 ) of 31 January 1973 laying down general Article 2 rules for a system of compensatory amounts for rice and fixing these amounts for certain products, as This Regulation shall enter into force on 30 amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 999 / 74 (5 ), and in November 1974 . It shall apply in so far as any party particular Article 5 thereof ; concerned so requests from 22 November 1974.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
