7. 12. 74 Official Journal of the European Communities No L 328/35 REGULATION (EEC) No 3044/74 OF THE COUNCIL of 18 November 1974 on the temporary suspension of the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duty foi mechanically propelled aircraft of an unladen weight exceeding 15 000 kg, falling within subheading ex 88.02 B II c) THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 28 thereof; Having regard to the draft Regulation submitted by the Commission ; Whereas the autonomous duty on mechanically propelled aircraft of an unladen weight exceeding 15 000 kg should be totally suspended for the period from 1 January to 31 December 1975 ,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 1 From 1 January to 31 December 1975 the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duty for mechanically propelled aircraft of an unladen weight exceeding 15 000 kg, falling within subheading ex 88.02 B II c) shall be totally suspended. Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1975 .
