REGULATION ( EEC) No 3093/ 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 6 December 1974 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on woven fabrics of silk or of waste silk other than noil , falling within heading No 50.09, originating in India, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation ( EEC) No 3505 /73 of 18 December 1973 apply

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
