REGULATION ( EEC) No 3121 / 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 11 December 1974 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on gloves , mittens and mitts, knitted or crocheted, not elastic or rubberized, of cotton , falling within heading No ex 60.02 , originating in developing countries to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation ( EEC) No 3503/73 of 18 December 1973 apply

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN amounts of imports into the Community of the COMMUNITIES , products in question, originating in countries covered hy preferential tariff arrangements, reached that Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European ceiling ; whereas, bearing in mind the objectives of Economic Community ; Regulation (EEC) No 3503 /73 , which provides that Having regard to Council Regulation .
