REGULATION ( EEC) No 3158 /74 OF THE COMMISSION of 12 December 1974 on long-term private storage aid for certain table wine

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas to relieve the market of a long-term excess COMMUNITIES , of supply as well as to eliminate the possibility of fresh difficulties arising upon the expiry of the short­ term storage contracts already concluded, the conclu­ sion of long-term contracts should be authorized for Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European wine which has been the subject of a short-term Economic Community ; contract concluded before the date of entry into force of this Regulation ;
